Community Health

Community Health (CH) is the service division of the CRHA which focuses in providing health care and health resources to people in the community where they work, live and play.

On a average day, Community Health Resources provides service to 2,000 home care clients, new mothers discharged from hospital and babies and children who need vaccinations. Our people will care for 3,900 people in Continuing Care Centres, 100 people in Adult Day Support Programs, and provide community rehabilitation services to 600 people.
